Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Thank you for shopping with us at thatsthatmagic.com. Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Canceling An Order
Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility.
Damaged or Defective Products
If product arrives damaged or broken, we are happy to send a replacement as long as you are able to send us a photo of the damaged goods (to help us understand what happened) within 24 hours of receiving the package to info@thatsthatmagic.com. Once we receive your e-mail we will be in contact shortly to send out a new package.
