Domestic Shipping is Included

Items are shipped USPS with delivery confirmation. A tracking number for your package is located within your shipping confirmation e-mail. Domestic shipping takes three to five business days for delivery after item is shipped.

International Shipping

That’s That Magic currently offers international shipping to Canada. Items are shipped via USPS Priority International Flat Rate Mail for $20. A tracking number for your package is located within your shipping confirmation e-mail. International shipping takes six to ten days for delivery after item is shipped**. Please note that some countries’ couriers do not update on the USPS website.

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your order is ready to ship. Once you have received this e-mail your package can be tracked via USPS.com using the tracking number provided. Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holidays.

Incorrect Shipping Information - PLEASE ENSURE YOU PROVIDE THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. That's That Magic is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

If your order is not delivered to you due to an error in the shipping address and it is returned to That's That Magic, then That’s That Magic will either a) refund the cost of the product, minus the initial shipping, or b) reship the product to the correct address for an additional shipping cost of $5.

Lost or Stolen Packages - That's That Magic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, That's That Magic will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
